Influence is used by politicians to win elections. Fundraisers, to win your donations. Retailers, to move product out the door. And salespeople, employ it to get us to sign on the dotted line. However, some people are better at influencing and persuading than others. For almost two decades, I’ve been on quest to discover what the best influencers and persuaders have in common and this is one place that I will be revealing some of my findings.
